  The short answer is no. It is there to help, and means if you don't need to go to the vet then you don't have to, but they also know exactly when you do need to go to the vet.

  Do Scooch vets prescribe medication?

  No they do not prescribe medication as this is an act of veterinary medicine, and to prescribe they need to have seen your pet. If you get a prescription from your physical vet then they are able to help you get those medications by pointing you towards their digital pharmacy partners.

  How do I sign up for my access to Scooch vets?

  When you subscribe to any one of our Scooch products, we will ask some questions about your pet and then direct you to download the Vidivet app, create your password and you're all set!

Because of this, we are only able to honour the guarantee for 1 opened pouch of treats. If you purchased more than one pouch and the products don’t work, we will be more than happy to apply the guarantee to 1 opened, and then any other unopened tubs can still be returned and refunded separately.
